Seminar Description
How we feel and behave is more influenced by the food we eat and behaviours we choose than we might first realise.

Discussion starts with food: how food can help promote and sustain a good or a poor mood and what influences our choices. We then consider how we use food as a coping mechanism to try and improve emotional issues, problems or stress and how diet can actually be harnessed to help one cope. Some areas covered include depression, anxiety, insomnia and fatigue.

The program then looks at the way different behaviours can influence our mood, covering a variety of behaviours which have a positive and negative influence e.g exercise and listening to music.

Finally the program will discuss how to change habits; an integral part of the learning without which change may not occur or be sustained long term.
