Program Description Having good mental health is crucial for well being and performance. The workplace is able to support and promote good mental health in many ways. Understanding more about what creates this positive climate in the workplace and helping individuals know what they can do to manage their own mental health is a proactive approach. This workshop aims to empower participants and managers with knowledge they can immediately use to take positive steps to better mental well being in the workplace.
