Getting a Good Night's Sleep
“A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures

in the doctor's book”
Irish proverb.
The Good Night's Sleep seminar will help those who suffer from regular insomnia to those who occasionally have a poor night's sleep.

You will learn the influences that contribute to the occurrence of insomnia throughout the general population and how this relates to the body’s natural sleep cycle or Ultradian Rhythm.  Particular attention is paid to two common insomnia problems, namely Sleep Onset Insomnia (can't get to sleep) and Sleep Maintenance Insomnia (wake up during the night and can't get back to sleep).

Good sleep leads to better health, clearer thinking, greater concentration and focus, better moods and productivity. It can also improve anxiety and depression.
Learn strategies to take better control of this important aspect of your life.
