Stress management, clarity of thought, better health – these are some of the benefits research has found in the practice of mindfulness. Corporate Zen offers two programs that teaches Mindfulness to adults.
The first is a three part program which introduces the fundamentals of mindfulness for adults and then builds on this understanding to focus on the benefits to children and strategies required to teach them.
The second program places the focus on Mindfulness in the workplace.
Participants will be taken through the various techniques and strategies, as experiencing them firsthand is the most beneficial approach to learn how mindfulness works.
