Corporate Zen has developed a series of programs that cover a diverse range of subjects relating to wellbeing.
The programs are specifically designed to be practical in nature and interactive with the audience. Each program takes the participant through the theory, relevant research and preventative strategies. Group activities and varied presentation techniques are used to provide an engaging environment that suits adult learning needs.
Scheduled Programs are run twice a month; see the Future Events tab for the next available program.
The programs have been structured into 3 levels.
Level 1 is an introduction to the topic and is designed for medium to large groups; the format is a 1 hour presentation. The presentation provides an awareness of the topic bringing to the participants' attention the research that has been completed, and an outline of the strategies that can be implemented.
Level 2 is a seminar on the topic and is designed for groups of 25 to 30. The seminar takes a classroom style format with a 2 to 3 hour presentation which includes a refreshment break. The presentation takes the participant from the basic theory to strategies that can be adopted. Workbooks are provided.
Level 3 is a workshop on the topic and is designed for small groups of 15 to 20. The workshop takes a classroom style format, is a full day in duration and includes lunch and two refreshment breaks. The workshop takes the participant from the basic theory through to both generic and specific strategies that can be adopted within the work or home environment. Workbooks are provided.
