Build Your Resilience
Resilience is the ability to bounce back after enduring hardship or managing a difficult time, which is wearing on the mind and body. We all have an innate level of resilience however this a human trait that can be significantly increased and strengthened using a variety of techniques.
Solid stress management skills, robust physical and mental health, improved work performance – these are all indicators of a high level of resilience. This course will provide sound research to understand the underpinnings of what makes an individual more resilient.
To learn new skills and behaviours that staff can utilise during stressful periods, and also on a day to day basis, that will encourage endurance and coping and maintain good mental and physical health.
