'So you think I'm Difficult'

Workshop Description
The 'So you think I'm difficult' program looks at the most common difficult behaviours that are used to win a conflict position or to gain supremacy over another. The program focuses on personality types that individuals revert to when under pressure and how people behave to manipulate situations to gain an advantage. 

Often the person at the receiving end of the personalities finds it difficult to attain a win-win solution. Countermeasures are examined that can promote positive resolutions with the different personality types. 

Objective
The objective of the program is to provide strategies to reduce conflict when dealing with opposing or difficult personalities in pressure situations, enabling a win-win outcome in the most effective way possible.
