Program Description
This seminar is designed to provide employees with the knowledge they need to prevent musculoskeletal problems. You will learn proactive, preventative measures for potentially costly, workplace health issues.

Objective
The objective of the program is to teach optimal working postures and correct workstation setup injury prevention through early self-identification. Doing this can increase concentration and productivity, as employees aren’t distracted by aches and pains, decrease employee absenteeism and decrease worker injury.
