A one day workshop Anxiety disorders in children and adolescents are among the most prevalent psychiatric conditions in children today. Anxiety can interfere with a student’s ability to function at their best at school. This program will help you understand anxiety and specific anxiety disorders and provide a range of strategies to apply in the classroom to help students. It is specifically designed for teachers and those who work with students, such as ES staff. The goal is to improve your ability to recognise anxiety in students and gain strategies to calm anxious students and help them improve their own anxiety management.
