Getting Happier
Workshop Description
The Happy Feat program answers the question, ‘What can make us happier?’ based on clinical research. The program provides an informative and entertaining look at the happiness factors, highlighting the real positive contributors to happiness and identifying the pseudo contributions.

The program challenges the norms and highlights the clinical research that establishes more consistent root causes of happiness. An array of happiness factors is examined from the influence of lifestyle, through to the influences of genetics, society and how individuals think. The strategies highlighted in the program also draw upon the latest research in neuroscience.

To encourage a thought provoking experience participants are given activities to complete during the presentation. This will challenge the concept of what makes one happier and what can be done to leverage the research into our lives.
