Program Description
This program draws on 3 areas of psychological research to provide strategies that leaders can use to motivate staff, improve productivity, improve ability to change and create a happier team with healthier relationships.
Firstly, an introduction to neuroscience - a fast growing field that shows how to work with the natural ways human being work, to help you understand why staff do the things they do, and how to motivate them.
Secondly understand what influential leadership means and how to utliise it in your workplace. 
Thirdly, the application of emotional intelligence to better understand yourself and the team.

Objective
The objective of program is to understand neuroscience as a tool to motivate others, improve relationships and manage change.

Content
The program focuses on:
    • find ways to modify behaviours in a way that is consistent with the way the brain works during change, rather than wasting time and energy working against it
    • utilise neuroscience research to understand how people function under change and stress
    • Stop wasting energy on strategies that don't motivate your team
    • understanding crucial lifestyle factors that help your judgement
    • structuring the work day to your advantage
    • creating an environment conducive to improve performance and raise problem solving abilities
    • understand the advantage of influential leadership
    • cultivate healthy relationships and a high performance culture
    • create a more positive, happier team

Venues
Corporate Zen organises programs at specifically selected venues that cater for group learning requirements. Each venue will provide convenient parking (usually free of charge) and on site catering. See Venues.

Alternatively programs can be run at the client’s premises or for groups of 25 at a venue of their own choice organised by Corporate Zen.
