RESILIENCE SELF ASSESSMENT

Self Rating Tool

Participants of the Resilience Program will be offered a pre-training Resilience Test that will provide them with a using this experience and research. What sets this Resilience Program apart is a Resilience Rating assessment, provided pre-training, for people to self assess their resilience. This prepares them to apply the training in a trageted and meaningful way. Participants then complete the 5 step Resilience Blueprint Program - strategies they can immediately apply to their life.

Kate combines positive psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience research in her program the results of which improves the physical, mental and psychological health and quality of life that drives performance, relationships, creativity and engagement in business and in life.

Kate started Corporate Zen when meeting people through counselling and coaching who were time poor, yet struggling to make better choices, and unsure of better ways to have a happier lifestyle and increase their energy and enthusiasm each day.

On a business level, Kate is also aware of the stats - "People who are happy at work are 31% more productive, sell 37% more and are three times more creative. They make better team players, handle change more effectively, become more positive and are much more engaged."

Working as a public speaker and presentation skills trainer has also enriched the training, making them engaging and targeted to each audience. She has trained groups and individuals in the art of public speaking, having been a competitor in International and Australian Public Speaking Contests, travelling overseas to pursue this art.

As a psychologist, Kate has over 20 years clinical experience in educational, government and corporate settings in a broad spectrum of roles - counsellor, coach, mediator, educator and public speaker.
